Not casually. I work through the best books and courses I can find on human behaviour, decision-making, psychology, and what actually drives people — then I compress them, test them against real situations, and write about what holds up.
The reading isn't academic. It's operational. Understanding why people behave the way they do, how motivation actually works, how self-deception distorts judgment, and how to aim clearly — these aren't philosophical questions. They're the difference between deals that close and deals that don't, between teams that function and teams that fracture, between a business that compounds and one that stalls.

If you want to read seriously and actually retain what you read — not just collect books — I can share exactly how I do it. The system I use produces blog posts, Anki cards, and X posts from every book. It's practical, repeatable, and it compounds.
